Letter from Zoe Carew prompts delivery authority to change symptoms from ‘Linemen’ to ‘Line group’

The brand new Zealand transport organization will update its signs from “Linemen” to “Line group” after receiving a letter from a seven-year-vintage who mentioned that “women may be line-people too”.

He said the NZTA agreed with Zoe but informed her that her suggestion of “line-workers” would require the dimensions of the signs to be expanded.

He said “line crew” could in shape at the symptoms and that the NZTA could trade its signal specification approvals to mirror this.

“the new signs will update the vintage ones once they need substitute due to wear and tear, this will make the effort,” he said.
