Crisis administrations are managing a huge blast at a distribution center.
Firemen were called to the blast in Kings Weston Lane in Avonmouth, a modern territory close to Bristol, at about 11:20 GMT.
Police and paramedics are at the scene. South Western Ambulance Service said it was reacting to a “genuine occurrence”.
An observer revealed hearing a “exceptionally uproarious blast” that “shook structures”, and another said they saw “around 10 ambulances heading to the scene”.
Bristol Waste, which run the close by Avonmouth reusing focus, tweeted it had shut the site briefly.
