A man has showed up in court accused of killing an instructor and endeavoring to kill a 15-year-old kid.
Caroline Kayll kicked the bucket in clinic from her wounds days subsequent to being assaulted at a location in Linton, Northumberland, on 15 November.
Paul Robson, 49, of Stanley Street in Wallsend, showed up at South East Northumberland Magistrates’ Court where he was remanded in authority.
- His specialist Kash Khan told the court: “He will deny these issues.”
- “He is denying a particular goal and any unlawful activities,” Mr Khan added.
Mr Robson will next show up under the watchful eye of Newcastle Crown Court on Wednesday.
Northumbria Police said the 15-year-old kid, who was not identified with Ms Kayll or Mr Robson, was released from emergency clinic in the wake of accepting treatment.
He can’t be distinguished because of his age, following a request made by the court.
Ms Kayll filled in as an English educator at Atkinson House School, which caters for youngsters with social, enthusiastic and emotional well-being issues.
