Clayton, Dubilier and Rice has designated Harsh Agarwal as a Principal on its speculation group. Agarwal, who is situated in the Firm’s New York office, is primarily occupied with assessing and executing interests in the product and innovation empowered administrations segments.

Preceding CD&R, Agarwal went through nine years at EQT Partners in New York and TPG Capital in San Francisco, where he concentrated on exchanges in the innovation and media segments. He started his profession in the Technology, Media and Telecom gathering of the venture banking division of Goldman Sachs and Co.

Agarwal earned a MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BS in Business Administration from Olin Business School at Washington University in St Louis.
