Derbyshire boy, 15, charged

A 15-year-old kid has been accused of two psychological warfare offenses.

The kid, from South Derbyshire, showed up through video-interface at Westminster Magistrates’ Court.

He is accused of dispersal of a fear based oppressor distribution and gathering data of a sort prone to be valuable to an individual submitting or setting up a demonstration of illegal intimidation.

West Yorkshire Police said he had recently been captured under the Terrorism Act in September.

The power said the youngster was captured following an examination by counter-illegal intimidation police and Derbyshire Police.

  • He has been bailed to show up at a similar court on 22 January.
