A driver in Carbonear has been charged after purportedly purposefully hitting a banner individual in a development zone.
Harbor Grace RCMP said officials and a rescue vehicle reacted to the episode about 10:20 a.m. Tuesday. The report was that there had been a crash between a vehicle and a banner individual in a development zone on Water Street in Carbonear.
The expresses that the primer examination presumed that a vehicle entered the development zone and was halted by the banner individual, who was not permitting vehicle traffic through. The driver of the vehicle ended up incensed and supposedly struck the banner individual purposefully with his vehicle and fled the scene, passing through the development zone.
The banner individual was shipped to medical clinic with minor wounds.
have charged a 55-year-elderly person from Carbonear with attack with a weapon and for offenses under the Highway Traffic Act.
He has been discharged to show up in court on Nov. 27
