A rec center proprietor has been charged under Covid enactment after supposedly remaining open on the day new lockdown rules came into power in England.
Michelle Meade, 45, from Waltham Abbey, was accused of neglecting to close The Ripped Gym in Wych Elm, Harlow, Essex.
She will show up before judges in Chelmsford later.
Ten fixed punishment notice tickets were given to individuals in the rec center. Harlow Council has given a denial request requiring the exercise center to close.
