How to Disable Administrator Account

Method 1

Disable Administrator Account

• 1 Click on my computer

• 2 Click manage.prompt password and click yes

• 3 Go to local and users

• 4 Click administrator account

• 5 Check account is disabled

Method 2

Disable Administrator Account

• 1 If your account is standard, click on Windows.

• 2 Click on the right arrow.

• 3 Click down on the bottom restart.

• 4 If is ready, click f8.

• 5 Select Safe mode.
  • It takes a few minutes to get finished.

• 6 Log in with your password.

• 7 Click My Computer.

• 8 Click Manage.

• 9 Click Local and Users Group.

• 10 Click Users folder and click Administrator account.

• 11 Check account is disabled.

Method 3

Disable Account with Command Prompt

• 1 Open cmd and run as administrator and enter password

• 2 Type net user administrator /active:yes
