A man has been accused of the homicide of a dad who was executed outside his home over a year prior.
Gary More, 32, kicked the bucket after an episode in Gartness Drive, Gartness, close Airdrie, on 6 September a year ago.
Thomas Guthrie, 23, made no request when he showed up under the steady gaze of Airdrie Sheriff Court and was remanded in authority.
In February a 43-year-elderly person was accused in association of the demise and a 35-year-old was accused in association of supposed dangers.
