A 25-year-old person on foot has been genuinely harmed in the wake of being hit by a vehicle in Moray.
The mishap, including a white Volkswagen van, occurred on the A941, simply outside Bishopmill, at about 06:20.

The harmed man was taken to Dr Gray’s Hospital in Elgin for treatment. The male driver of the van was not harmed.
The street is relied upon to be shut for quite a while and neighborhood redirections have been set up.
Sgt Scott Deans, of Police Scotland’s street policing unit, stated: “Our requests are continuous to build up the full conditions of this impact.
“I would encourage any individual who may have been out and about among Elgin and Lossiemouth around that time toward the beginning of today and may have seen a white van or any walkers to tell us.
“Any individual who may have dashcam film is approached to audit this and pass on anything which might be of note.”
