Police said two individuals were shot during a wedding function at a New Hampshire church on Saturday before participants quelled the shooter.

The Pelham police boss, Joseph Roark, said no fatalities were accounted for in the taking shots at New England Pentecostal church in Pelham.

Roark said a man and a lady were shot and a third individual endured minor wounds while curbing the male suspect, whom Roark said was “handled”. He would not give extra subtleties, despite the fact that he said it was “not an arbitrary shooting”. The suspect was in care.

It was obscure if the two individuals shot were a piece of the wedding party or were there as visitors. WMUR-TV detailed that police said the shooter landed after the wedding started.

Roark said the New Hampshire lawyer general’s office would give more subtleties later.

Pelham is around 40 miles south of Concord, New Hampshire’s capital, on the outskirt with Massachusetts. Photographs of the scene on Saturday demonstrated ambulances, fire and police at the congregation.

A remembrance administration for Luís Garcia was set to be held at the congregation around early afternoon. His eulogy said he was a priest at the congregation. The 60-year-old was killed not long ago. A man has been charged in his homicide and is imprisoned.
