A man who utilized a family companion’s personality to enter the UK unlawfully before asserting more than £120,000 in benefits more than 17 years has been imprisoned.
Mozambique national Tricamo Farid, 40, of Southport, Merseyside, was imprisoned for a long time at Liverpool Crown Court in the wake of conceding misrepresentation.
The court heard he took the card from a family companion in Lisbon in 1999 preceding venturing out to the UK illicitly.
