An uncommon white rainbow has been imagined over an ocean side retreat in Gwynedd.

The meteorological wonder was seen by individuals in Tywyn on the Cardigan Bay coast on Thursday morning.
Otherwise called a fogbow, cloud bow or apparition rainbow, the curve is shaped when daylight communicates with little water beads contained in haze, fog or cloud.
It varies from an old style rainbow which is made when daylight communicates with raindrops.
What is a fogbow?

- Astounding white rainbow snapped over Scottish field
- Three striking climate occasions shot in Glen Coe
